We offer up to 6 fertilization and weed control applications per year. All applications are granular blends of fertilizer and liquid weed control spray.
Step 1 Early Spring
25% slow release Spring blend of fertilizer with full rate of pre-emergent or Spring Starter fertilizer blend, and Cool Season weed control
Step 2 Spring
25% slow release Spring blend of fertilizer with full rate of pre-emergent or Spring Starter fertilizer blend, and Cool Season weed control
Step 3 Early Summer
Spring pre-emergent or 25% slow release advanced seasonal blend with macro and micro-nutrients plus 3-Way herbicide weed control
Step 4 Late Summer
50% slow release special balance blended fertilizer with Iron and hot weather formulated weed control
Step 5 Early Autumn
Heavy rate of our 25% slow release advanced fertilizer with micro-nutrient pak and blanketed 3-Way weed control
Step 6 Winterizer
All mineral seasonal blend with high rate of Potassium for root strength and long lasting green color late into next spring.

Mosquito Control
Up to 8 visits per season; from early June through the end of September. Dual formulated mix for quick knock-down of adult mosquitos, and longer protection with IGR for larvae and juvenile mosquitos. Also controls fleas and ticks in your lawn.
Perimeter Pest Control
Protect your home from ants, spiders, beetles, and other home invaders. Offering 3 visits per year using liquid insecticides. Summer and Autumn services include exterior spider web cleaning.

Late Spring
Protect your beautiful landscape with another full-rate of our commercial grade pre-emergent plus various specialty liquid controls.
Summer
A half-rate of pre-emergent to keep the beds clean. Plus a mix of various specially formulated, commercial grade post-emergent weed controls.
Early Autumn
Finish out the year with an all liquid application of our arsenal of specially formulated weed controls designed to keep annual weeds out of your landscape.
Gravel and Rip Rap
Keep your gravel driveway or parking lot clean of unwanted vegetation with a specially mixed sterilant that works for up to 4 months.
